WHAT IS A RETAINER:
A retainer is a monthly design fee that is paid at the beginning of the month.

Depending on the retainer package you choose, I will dedicate a set number of hours each month to work on your design projects and organize my workload accordingly. Essentially, you’re paying for my time rather than a specific service.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • No. Unused hours will expire at the end of each month. I want to make sure I can dedicate enough time to your projects and manage my workload effectively.

  • If you need additional hours during the month, we'll simply bill you at the discounted hourly rate of $90 (reg: $125) when the new month begins. You will be notified in advance before committing to any additional payments.

  • You will receive an invoice at your monthly retainer rate by the 1st of each month + any additional charges from previous month where you may have gone over in hours.

    You’ll be notified in advance before committing to any additional payments.

  • All list of design tasks/projects must be submitted by the 10th of each month.

    For example: January design request is paid on the 1st and tasks submitted by January 10th.

  • You can book me at my hourly rate of $125 or check out my VIP Task day service instead.
