How long will it take to receive my items?

It will take 7-14 business days for processing and shipment via USPS. However, you may receive product before the time frame.

Can my order be cancelled? 

We do not accept requests for cancellation of orders. The order starts immediately after your purchase is placed, therefore order changes are not guaranteed as well. 

How do I track my order?

Once your item has been shipped, you will receive tracking information and a link to trace the order via email. You may also add the tracking number by clicking "Track Your Order" at the bottom of our website. 

What is the refund/exchange policy?
